I created a print-factory.net account but I don't receive the activation link

After filling out the form to create a print-factory.net account, you should receive an email with an activation link. In some cases these emails are blocked by spam filters and get lost.

If you cannot find the email anywhere, you can make our system resend the activation email:

1. Go to support page at www.print-factory.net/support and enter the email address and the password you use to register yourself
2. Click the "Login" button
3. Because your account has not yet been activated, you will receive the following message: "The account you are trying to use was not activated. If you have registered yourself, follow the activation link provided by email."
4. Click the "Resend" link at the right bottom of the page, and our system wil resend you the activation email.
