Four Pees acquires the ProofMaster and PrintFactory distribution activities of PerfectProof

What is being announced?
The acquisition of PerfectProof’s ProofMaster and PrintFactory related activities (sales, distribution, marketing and support) by Four Pees. This includes the hand-over of the dealer network with regards to the ProofMaster and PrintFactory products and the ProofMaster brand.

What happens with PerfectProof?
PerfectProof continues to focus on its consumables business by expanding its product offering for the proofing market. Further on PerfectProof continues supporting and developing X-proof Cromalin and other software technologies for the Graphic Arts industry.

Who is Four Pees?
Named after the four P’s of marketing – product, price, place and promotion - Four Pees offers a complete range of sales and marketing services to technology companies in the publishing industry. The companies mission is to add value to technology developers on one hand and resellers and end-users on the other by providing a skilled sales-force and dedicated marketing services to the first and product know-how and implementation services to the latter.

Who is Aurelon?
Aurelon is the developer of the ProofMaster and PrintFactory products. Aurelon is a technology company that committed to providing innovative products for the processing of digital information for publishing to any media that require accurate color and/or PDF output.

What happens to the development of ProofMaster and PrintFactory?
Aurelon continues to develop these products with the same passion and dedication with which it has done so for the last 10 years.

How can I get support for ProofMaster and PrintFactory?
During a transition phase of 3 months, PerfectProof will continue to provide technical support and order administration. From the end of June onwards, Four Pees will be responsible for all aspects of the distribution.
